Eligible positions: a position with measurable quantitative or qualitative performance standards, structured to be performed during a working period that may differ from the basic work periods set for a department or school. With regard to telework, the organization must be structured so that it can be carried out independently of others and with a minimum of assistance needs and can be programmed to participate in telework for at least one day per salary period, without affecting the quality of service or organization. The authorization of a telework or flexible schedule may vary depending on the cooling-off time.
